Bass Camp Games
« on: April 23, 2008, 12:47:49 PM »

Well the time is closer to heading up to our bass camp at Burt & Mullet lake.  ;D  I was wondering if anyone had some ideas for friendly competition , Like maybe casting into a bucket @ 15 yards or a hula hoop @ 2- 30 yards ?  What are some of your ideas  ::)

It's tough to have a 4 boat tourney with only being able to C & R. I've never done a paper tourney.... maybe that is the ticket? With 4 lb mono !!

We will be there for a week starting May 16th and I would like to have a competition every day with a bragging trophy at the end of the week.

If any one is up in the area stop by we will be in Aloha state park. Can't miss me huge head  ;D and a beat up old tracker boat.

How about a different version of paper Tx each day.

Day 1: Only 4lb test allowed (mono).
Day 2: You are only allowed 1 kind of bait.
Day 3: Create a Slot Limit, only fish between xx"-zz" are recorded.
Day 4: The most fish caught, biggest fish caught, 1st fish caught
Day 5: Bass Olympics -  Station 1: Each person starts with a rod and reel with a jig tied on. Need to flip to a bucket 10ft away, jig needs to enter bucket 3 itimes. After 3 times move to next station. Station 2 After your last flip you got a major birds nest in your spool, Un-spool, then re-spool with new line, once re-spooled you can go onto the next station. Station 3: Tie the Jig back on and Pitch to a bucket 20-30ft away. Once 3 successful pitches are made into the bucket, move onto final station. Station 4: Head to the lake, 3 fish limit.  1st team to complete all 4 stations wins (Use weight or length of 3 fish as tie breaker)
