middle straights on wednesday

Went to Middle Straights lake after work Wednesday, 4-8 pm. Caught a keeper pike and 5 dinks, a couple other boats fishing, a wake boarder, a couple of boats pulling kids on a tube, kayakers and paddle boarders..everyone enjoying the lake. Then before work thurs. I saw the news about the young man that drowned there that  night. What terrible news. My heart goes out to his family and especially his friends that were with him. I just can't imagine.....

I missed this. I try to talk about boating safety often on this website hoping it helps a little to make the world more happy and less chances of sadness for someone.
