I may have missed this in another post since some of you are really on the ball - but Ontario MNR has made a very proactive change to their past regulations that basically did not allow culling of sport fish in possession.

Now you can cull fish kept in a livewell that are in good releasable condition after keeping them for a time as long as you have no more than your legal limit in your possession at any one time.

Read the full details here:
http://www.mnr.gov.on.ca/en/Business/LetsFish/2ColumnSubPage/198680.html

Read here for further details on Ontario catch, possession and release rules:

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

I think it would be cool to have a no Cull tourney...Just like the FLAMICH Cup ;D....Walleye tournament fisherman have to do it all of the time...It definetly adds some strategy to the tournament..

Eric

No cull tournaments stink.  That's what they made us do in Wisconsin, and it stunk.  And the only time the rule was followed was larger multistate tournaments.  The locals all said they all cull every time otherwise.
