6-10 report
« on: June 10, 2007, 11:24:46 PM »

Launched at the clinton river spillway at 6:00am.  Started fishing the weeds near the 400 club and picked up a couple smallies and largemouth.  The action was not as consistent as the previous weeks  Tried moving a further north and began to pick up some bigger fish over rocky bottomed areas in 6-8ft of water.  We were also able to catch smaller fish sight fishing with weightless finess worms.  Ended up catching about 40 fish by 1:30.  The fish didn't seem very aggressive maybe beause all of the hatching mayflies.  This week I'm going to try fishing around 10 mile. I not too fimiliar with the seasonal movements of these bass but its a blast when you find them.
