Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

my 200 merc is blowing 20 amp fuses...  where do you take your boat when you need it back very quickly?  most places say 2 weeks plus right now, and i have tournaments before then...  does anyone have a place that will hook you up quickly?  motor is under warranty, but i am willing to pay for quick service.. thanks, derrek

J.R. at Ohio Marine in Coldwater is good.  He had my power head diagnosed, ordered, shipped and replaced in under 14 days.  That's some record service for warranty work.  I dont have the number off hand but it's in the book and on the web.

On the East side there's Dee's Marine at Groesbeck and 16 Mile.  I'm not sure how good they are at major engine repair so don't hold me to it, but for simple things like you've described I've had good experiences with them.  They don't seem to be as backed up as most.  They haven't screwed up anything of mine.  For serious repair work, I always take my boat to Rose Marine in Algonac.  They're always backed up, but it's always done right the first time.

When I had my Stratos Wonderland Marine always made sure I had my boat back in time for my tournaments. The one time in 7 years that they couldn't I took it to N&K Marine in Gregory. I blew out the hydraulic steering on a Wednesday. I dropped my boat off Thursday afternoon and they had it done Friday evening. The price was right too.

Peace.
It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
