Belleville Lake will be the place to be  August 9th and 10th. The air show at Willow Run is that weekend. It's a great place to view the show and get some fishing in at the same time.

Fishing won't be good there until September and with all the crazies on that lake, it will be better to go some where else to fish. But you're right about one thing....it is a real good vantage point to see the show if you have never seen it. The boat launch traffic is less to be desired.
