Got out to the lake earlier this week for about 4 of fishing hours after work.  This lake is on fire and the hawgs are feeding! We landed close to 30 bass, Id say it was about 50/50 largies to smallies. Biggest fish were over 4lbs with the 2 biggest pigs being a 20inch smallie and 19inch largie. I would say our best 5 would have put us close to 17lbs. Found a lot of male fish around and active and once we found them I knew the big females were close. We were locked in and had a blast. Water temps ranged from 61-66 with most fish coming in 63 degrees. I think most fish were still pre spawn and now this cold weekend should keep them in that mode. Seems like things are happening really fast on this lake this spring but now with this weather who knows what it will do to them
