Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I'm not trying to rush winter. I'm sure some semblance of winter is on the way. That means we are approaching the 2026 Ultimate Sport Show Tour - the three biggest fishing and outdoor sport shows in Michigan!

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

 >:(   Quick beef - If we arent quite happy with the weekday directorship on St Clair - Why can't we start a different day / new director ? I bet the readership agrees we need some diversity. Dont misinterpret this - we ar not looking to create decension, but the current group runs the only two days, and if you arent in agreement with their ways, you are forced to leave the NBAA to fish St Clair during the week.

Any ideas ?  ???    ???
Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

OUTLAW

Call NBAA THEY WILL ADD MORE DIVISIONS HECK I BET THEY WOULD PUT A TOURNAMENT ON EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK IF THEY COULD FIND A DIRECTOR TO DO IT.

live2fish

Can I ask what kind of issues you have with the trail that is out there now? For I help run them and if it is a reasonable issue I will do my best to get it worked out for you.

MoJo, who are you and what is your beef? I asked what is your issues and still no response. If you let me know your problem I would be more than happy to look into this.

I know guys that fish NBAA tuesdays with paul sacks and barry as directors and they say its a good division, I have talked to paul myself and he seems to be a good directer whats wrong with that division ???
I plan on fishing a couple of them, actualy Im looking forward to fishing with them I know theres some great guys there I would like to fish against!

Before this thread takes a negative turn, how about we air our grievances by way of PM's until we're sure this isn't just a set of misunderstandings.  I'd hate for onlookers to get a negative view of the Tuesday night division unnecessarily.  I know mojo and I'm sure he's not about to bash anyone, but the direct person-to-person approach may be warranted here to avoid misunderstanding.

BTW- Cast n blast, I fish tuesdays too.  Looking forward to meeting you.  Look for a guy in a red BassCat, blue truck.  I guess it would help if I got a GLB sticker...I'll have to order one.

BLAST AND CAST - Good input - I think I'lll follow up on that. Rev is right, and I kept quiet on purpose.

Big picture guys, so your get the right idea, the Tuesday night league is a rock star event- A ton of fun. So noone here should think anything else except these guys put on a good show. (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) rubbed my partner wrong, and he wont fish any league they run so Im out a partner. So goes the world turning with thin skin, love and war.

WHAT Id like to see on Tuesday is a VERY clear bouy / marker in place to mark the dock. I think the long putt putt hurts the cut off. LIVE2FISH:  Maybe we all enter the back entrance ? Possible ? Your thoughts ?

MAybe since we blast off at the mouth of the channel we pass the first light tower on the left as we enter the channel at 9 pm. Again LIVE2FISH: Your thoughts ? Plus it seems I can cut out of work easier on Monday night than any other day of the week.... so Im interested if a Monday St Clair Overtime event could be put together ?

Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

live2fish

You put up a good point and I will bring that up. I can see this be ok for tuesday nights but not for the saturday trail. I will see what I can do to make either entrance good to check-in at. If there is any other issues please let me know.
