I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Shoot! TBF of Michigan member Josh Kolodzaike could not keep up his torrid pace to keep his day one 8-pound lead. He ended up finishing 3rd overall. Pretty impressive for a first time boater!!! http://www.bassfanarmy.com/bfa_news_article.asp?id=278

TBF of Michigan member Jon Jezierski finished in 12th place.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Just got back from Guntersville. As you all have seen i had a monster first day in the Bassfan tournament, theres nothing like rollling up on one of your spots, and catch a 3lber and while your turning the livewells on having an 8-11 eat your swimming senko--those things are awesome--which was dragging on the bottom and then having the thing come unbuttoned in your hand as you lip it. there were no nets allowed, definitly gets your heart pumping. Also rolling up to your next area to catch a 7-08, which you thought was a drum, wrap you around the trolling motor and then have the first jump and then be like "Oh Crap!!" actually it was a different expletive but its a family site. Day one was a day, that most dream about, the first were the 1st and 2nd biggest bass i ve ever caught. it was amazing!! the pattern i had working was humps and points leading into spawning areas with hydrilla. i would just drift across the area and slowly swim the senko over the grass ticking the tops of the grass.
the sad thing is that it was working all over the lake and i made a bad call to run back the next day to work the areas again, instead of running new water. it was stupid of me to not go to the mouth of seibold and catch a limit and ensure the win, instead i ran back up lake to my big fish area only to not get a bite on the one area and to find 10 boats on my other, due to another tournament going on and it being good friday. It would not have been a big deal but it was primarily a morning bite. I fished hard all day and only managed two keepers and knew it wasnt going to be enough to hang on.
I know i should be excited about the winning $1800 and a Hummingbird 997 ( retail $2199) but its bittersweet because i knew where the fish were that i needed to win and didnt go to them til it was too late. but live and learn, at least the guys that finished in front of me were a professional guide and a guy that's fishing flw tour next year. So not too bad for a 20 year old college kid, fishing his first tournament as a boater.

Hey dan, did you change your cell phone number? tried calling you and said line was no longer in service, it was a nextel recording.
