I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Buddy o mine has limited access to LSC, fishes off windmill point. Any tips for him for that very local pier, area ?
Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

Lightningboy

What do you mean by limited access?  No boat, small boat, makes a difference.

Mojo

both - no boat now, and if he does, it'll be a 14 footer with a kid and minnows
Thanks Dan for bringing year round Catch and Release to Michigan

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

When I click Search above and type in windmill point I get a whole page of results??

If he is really too shy to post, have him sign in and send me a PM. I may be able to help a little. I may try to get him to be a little less shy too though... it's always a risk people have to take. I like to help friends and members. But it's never really 'free.' :)

Thank you for that, but what I really meant by 'not really free' is I try to get everyone to give some input. Everyone has something to offer whether they know it or not, and what good is a community forum if some people don't participate? Not as good as it could be... when people ask me for information I ask them for something in return - a fishing report; a few posts about their activities; some posted pictures; etc. That's all. Not too much to ask (I don't think). I almost always ask. I don't always get it. But I keep plugging away anyway. That's my job.

I like to help friends and members. I have posted some public things about fishing Windmill Point in the past but they are boat-oriented. For shore-oriented, I need to 'converse' with him privately. Them's my terms.
