Can I purchase a membership at another place besides the website?

it may be different this year with the new ownership, but in years past, you can buy a membership at the first tournament you go to through the tournament director.  they will sometimes set up booths at bps on the weekends handing out schedules and you can purchase a membership there usually too. 
a lot of people just wait until the first tournament...  that is ok, but it usually slows down the tournament director and the tournament will sometimes start late if too many people need to get a membership...  so if you need to do that, please show up very early for the tournament if possible.
