TV Coverage 2013

Watched day one.   Not really exciting to me.  Some nice fish caught.  To many commercials.  At least the boats looked pretty.  Maybe day 2 will be better.  Beats watching the ice fishermen not catching fish in front of my house.

The coverage got better the last 2 days.  They concentrated on the super 6.  If you wanted to know how to throw a jerkbait there was plenty of footage.  Knowing Pace had won took the suspense out of him only catching 4 fish on the final day.  Ike did say he was sorry to the dog he yelled at on day 2.  Glad I dvr'd it because of all the commercials.

I agree that it is too bad they can air them on the same weekend or closer to the event. I too thought Pace had it locked up and really didn't know the drama of the last day. I thought the coverage was pretty good for the last two days. They had to work hard to make Pace at least a little interesting and entertaining. Lots of creative editing there!
