Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Same bait as janns, people put hooks on them and try to pass them off as pointers on ebay.

My wife bought me 6 X-Raps the first year they were out. My first time out that spring I lost one on my third or fourth cast to a big toothy critter on Kent. Later that day I lost another to a big toothy critter. I never did catch a bass on one that spring.

I haven't used them much since then but I did catch a nice smallie on a white X-Rap last fall on Union Lake pre-fishing for a tourny. I am going to give them some more time on the end of my line this year.
Peace.
It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.

I've used the X-raps but the LC pointers cast better, move better, look better, etc... The X-raps are like slash baits, not jerk baits. You will get reaction strkes on them because you have to move the bait. An LC pointer can sit there after a jerk or two and it will pause. They do have some great color combos to them too. Cultiva makes a bait similar to LC pointers. I've only got about 6 or seven LC's, about 4 X-raps, 8 Rogues, a few other Rapalas, 2 mirror Lures, 1 saltwater Storm and a few Thunder Sticks and about 2 Bombers. Nothing I know of beats an LC. Take the Plunge!!!!!!!!!! I forgot , I've got to buy  Ghost Minnow probably in a Live Pointer. Maybe Two for $20.00

I have used both Pointers and X-raps, and have had more success on X-raps.  I blame it on the color, because I have had no success what so ever with Aurora Black.  Just doesn't seem to work.  Threw a Glass Ghost X-rap for pre-fishing and in a tourney, brought in 3rd place with it, on a terrible day for fishing.  But, caught my biggest on practice day with a Cotton Candy Long A.  3 1/2# smallie!!!  Then a toothy critter swallowed it.  Darnit.
Live to fish, Fish to live.

Ebay Ebay Ebay, you dont have to pay $20 for a LC pointer, I bought a dozen on ebay for an average of $12 a piece shipping included, and every color is on auction at some point. The sellers are reliable, no risk.
FISH HARD!!!
