I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I love my Seguar line for what it's worth.

When I can't find the P-line I'm looking for, Seguar is my second choice.  For instance... was at Gander yesterday looking for a spool of 8 lb P-line florocarbon... they don't carry it in the stores anymore!  Picked up a spool of Seguar instead.  Prefer P-line but will use Seguar with no reservations.

I use the Halo in 8,10,12, and 17#.  I really like it. It is the most sensitive line I have ever used. I also use the Floroclear in 8,10, and 12#.  The only complaint I have with Halo is the price.

When you guys use flouro P-line or other, do you do the whole spool or half or???

For me it depends... on a bait caster I fill the whole thing other than maybe a couple yards of backer.  On a spinning reel I never fill the whole thing with any main line, be it braid, floro, etc... Even a 2500 series spinning reel holds a lot more line than you could ever cast so I always put 20-30 yards of backer line on the spool.

I fill my spools completely whether it's a spinning reel or baitcaster. I should use a backer on my spinning reels. My tournament partner does it that way, and he has no issues. Would help cut down on the price, that's for sure.

As I said, I like P-Line.  But I cannot reccomend the new C21 co-polymer line.  Tried a spool of it and it seemed to break easy and had worse memory than other lines I've tried.

I will second that.  I tried C21 this year and could not wait to get it off my reel.  This was my first experience with P-Line and I was not happy.  Seguar is my favorite hands down.

Had my first bad experience with Seguar this weekend.  Broke off 2 fish on the hookset at Skegemog using the 8 lb florocarbon.  I never break off fish.  I think I might have gotten a bad spool because I've never had this issue with Seguar before.  I even had it break in my hand before a cast.  If I can find the reciept I'm taking it back.
