I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Genie

Version 1.3.0 of The Angler's Genie is now available.

Enhancements include:
- Added the ability to store an electronic map file for a Body of Water in the Water Setup section.
- Added the ability to store a electronic picture receipt to an income/expense item.
- Added the ability to attach an electronic weigh slip and pictures to a tournament.
- Added the ability to categorize waypoints for one more method of organization.
- Added the ability to attach a Contact to a income/expense item.
- Make additions/changes to Task Management to make the organization of information even easier.
- Added the ability to export waypoints based on the filename used during the import.? This is useful for re-creating a physical GPS file and exporting it for those cases where you might have connected lakes and you organize all the waypoints in one big file.
- Modified backup/restore process to now take into account all attached images in all the different areas.? You can now attach various picture/video/map/etc. files to a logbook entry, a Money Management entry, a Equipment Management entry, a Tournament Management entry, and a Waypoint Management Entry and have them all backed up at the same time.

- Added a new utility called Equipment Management.? Used for the tracking and organizing of all "major" equipment, purchase history, maintenance schedules, etc.? From one place you can view/schedule maintenance events or view all purchase history.? Scheduled events automatically connect to Task Management and expenses also automatically connect to Money Management.

We're glad you like the product.  It's been an evolution and will still evolve as all of you keep coming up with great ideas for new features.

This is actually a product that I developed from scratch and I use MYSELF every day.  I have years worth of data in my Genie and I am looking forward to adding years more.

There's still time to place your order and receive before Christmas - even makes for a great stocking stuffer!

Man! I need to update my pages, pictures and my copy, don't I?!?

It's high on my todo list - should get it done by this weekend now that I've gotten back to ~80% or so healthy from the weird virus thing.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
