I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I am looking into buying a new boat.  I am tempted to go with a bass tracker aluminum boat, as this is a lower cost boat that I found.  My only concern is this: do you think the sun will reflect off the aluminum during a sunny day and spook fish from a long distance away?  And the same question can be asked about fiberglass, do you guys believe the color of the bottom of your boat makes a difference?  Thanks for any advice.  If anyone here has a bass tracker let me know how you like it for tournament fishing too.

A member of our club had a tracker modified V that was welded and it cracked all over. I would try to find a Triton Magnum if you can. They will be more expensive but are a lot tougher. Crestliner is also very good quality. As far as reflection, I had a Sea Nymph aluminum for years and that was not an issue.

I fished out of a tracker for years had alot of good luck with that boat. Won quite a bit of money. up graded to a fiberglass boat now I S@$K when it come to winning. LOL Tracker is a good boat but you do have to watch the welds or the rivets.
Remember you don't quit fishing when you get old, you get old when you quit fishing

I really don't think the color of the boat makes alot of difference...I think casting shadows into the water makes a bigger difference and there isn't much you can do about that.....

Think about buying a used Glass bass boat....you can get a nice rig for the price of the new tracker and the Used market is still a buyers market...JMHO....
