Hey guys just wondering what the water temps are around the midland, clare, gladwin countys are?  Wondering if this weather has been messing with the temps of water or does it take a lot to change the overall water temp? Thanks

Haven't heard any specifics yet for that area. I know the temps everywhere I have heard them from are running 5 to 10 degrees low for this time of year. I bet by the C&R bass opener, things will just be starting to warm up again.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Went out on Sanford this weekend. Water was 40-43 degrees. Fished with a night crawler and bobber for about 2 hours and not a single bite. Mainly just played with my new HB finder. The DI on the unit worked great. It was hard not to throw a jig near the drop offs and see what happened but that's for this Saturday

north of GR i've seen 45-49 for a week or so. This morning the lake i was dogfishing in was only 42-43. Not enough sun to warm things up yet. Last year we were almost in the 60s by C&R... i was also fishing a 300 acre private lake march 15th last year... IN A BOAT!
