I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Waterfoul

Addicted to fishing.  All the time, any species, anywhere!!  Especially in West Michigan!!!

SethV

I like the St Croix Premire series better than the Avid for drop shotting.  It is a bit slower action.  It is cheaper, but thats not why I like it better.  7' ML is my pick.

fiker

I use the Avid mlxf and am quite happy with it.

But then, I'm a little slower on the hook set than some.
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

I now use a Grandt All-American for drop shotting...Also sometimes use the Avid for DS but now that I use the Grandt, I use the Avid for senkos almost exclusively.

TritonTR20

I have 7 Avids and love them all...

FishermanJohn

I have the 70mlf Avid paired with a Stradic 2500fh as my drop shot combination and I love it.  Super light, perfect action, and very sensitive.  I broke the tip off my Avid in the car door this summer and substituted it with a Kistler Helium and it just wasn't the same.  I have 3 other Avids and they are well worth the money.  The Premiers are great too...like SethV said they are a little slower and just a feather heavier.
