I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Rumor has it they were getting 81MPH GPS out of that Bass Cat Puma during testing......Not too shabby..

Tone up your cheeks for that speed... too funny to watch an old guys jowls rippling otherwise!

Nice!  That would be really awesome to have.  I've heard rumors of people trying to get 2 stroke bans on lakes I like to fish, such as Mona Lake.  Don't know if it will ever happen or not, but sure would be nice to not have to worry about it.  Not to mention, you would definitely save money on oil.  I was impressed by the 250 Yam on LGMOUTH'S Skeeter, and by watching the You Tube video on the 4 stroke, wow!  I like it.

As in many things, California has been leading the charge in trying to force everyone to go to four stroke motors or at least two stroke motors with output that does not exist yet. Some people will get the idea to try to follow them. I expect eventually that is where we will all end. Just have no idea at this time how long that will take.

But this Yamaha SHO motor seems to be BIG jump ahead to make the change a lot easier and acceptable for many of us bass anglers.

What's with the news these days on the TV and the radio. Can't find the truth amongst the lies. Some talking head that claims to live their life in a better way, says I have to compromise. But now there's something on the rise. Truth has opened up my eyes. There's no running from your dirty lies. You can't avoid the truth. I'll no longer close my eyes.

The more I see... the more I like it! I will keep looking and watching.

A four stroke that is lighter, quieter, as fast or faster. Don't have to mix oil... pretty amazing! Sharp looking too.

You know, I think that is one of the reasons the Verado didn't do well.  Just goofy looking.  Sure it is heavy and slow, but man, if I can't catch fish, I gotta at least look good!!   ;D

Figured it would be just a matter of time before somebody got it right.  I don't know much about the 4 stroke outboards, but the smaller ones I have seen are just dogs.  I wonder if they did with this motor what they did to their quad and dirt bike motors.  4 stroke toys have been around forever, but were slow.  With the newer ones, they went to larger strokes, and shorter rods, and it made a huge difference.  I can't wait to see one of these go across the lake.

Good luck with that, Dan. If they will? See if you can get two, please.

Well ladies and gentleman, I can personally tell you this motor is for real!!!  Yesterday we drove a Z520 w/ the new Yamaha 250 V Max SHO. down here at Ranger.   2 guys empty.  75mph.  3 blade 25" prop ( not vented! ).  On plane in 2 1/2 sec.!  WOW!

If you would like to learn more, or have any questions, please feel free to give me a call.
