My Yamamoto rod has a foam-rubber grip on it which gets a little slick when wet and I'm wondering how hard would it be switch it to cork? Like the rods action but don't care for the grip . Where would the best place to get it be ? Also how about jig molds ?

BryanP

Take a short drive down to Jann's Netcraft in Maumee, OH.  They'll have everything you need for the rod handle and everything for pouring jigs.

changing the rear grip isn't too hard. the foregrip (if there is one) is another story.

that article is applicable to changing the rear grip. You can buy new grips at mudhole.com or Janns.
