The Stren Series East VS the Stren Series West anglers on Lake Amistad is on FLW live today at 3:00 Central Time so I think that's 4:00 EST (On right now) and tomorrow. It's a live streaming video at http://www.flwoutdoors.com/flwlive/

The top 30 pros and Cos from the Stren Series East face off 1:1 against the Stren Series West top 30. They get paired like the NCAA where the #1 fishes against #30 and so on in a three day heads up match. They don't fish out of the same boat though. Which ever pro or co beats his heads up person they get a birth in the Forest Wood Cup. The big bite is not really hot and heavy on Amistad. Should be fun to watch. Just watching the weigh in is ok, but after a while it's a lot of the same thing. Some how they have to get more footage of the real excitement on the water. I know in these formats that's tough, but for the sport to grow they need more than just weigh in footage. When technology gets just a tad bit further along they will be able to put us in the boat more with the anglers.

I see it is 80 degrees in Del Rio texas today....Sometimes I hate living in Michigan...I would probably hate it down there in the summer though.
