I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

What type of worm do you prefer to use for your Shakey head rigs?

What lengths do you typically use?

As a side question:
I have a BPS Extreme 6'8 ML Spinning rod with a Shimano Symetre 2500, would this be a good setup to use?
What Line?

If they are biting on the fall - 1/16 or 1/8oz head and Yum Houdini worm 4.75 or 6".  Flat bottom worm makes for an awesome slow falling wiggle.

If they really are inactive and picking up off bottom, RI flirt worm.  They are very soft like hand poured worms.  I typically use the 4.95 for smallies and 6.95 for spots and largies.

I really like the 6'8" ML Extreme rod - I have 3 of them.  They are great for dropshot and finesse shaky head fishing.  I'd go with a 7' med if you are around weeds or making long casts.

I tried some Roboworm 4 inch body shads this past year and they were awesome.  They have some great colors.  Blakstr1 from these boards can help you get some.  I have some if you want to check them out at our first club event.

I like the 8lb BPS Floro for shakey and dropshotting.

How about the strike king 3x finesse 4 inch worm? Thats what I stocked up on, the softness and action of the cyberflex seems like an advantage over the other plastics to me. I have yet to try them but its what I will throw this year.

I like the 3x finesse worms as well. I also have had very good luck with a berkly 4" power worm, but I always cut the tail. With that curly tail I end up having a hard time keeping the Bluegill off it long enough for a bass to grab it.

Another thing with the strike king 3x is that they float like no other, it seems that this would be ideal for a shaky head presentation. The 3x worm will always stand verticle when it sits on the bottom.
