I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Caught on Ray Scott's main pond. Won $10 from Ray and Don Corkran with that fish. I'm just sayin. Ray Scott was one of the most interesting, friendly, persuasive, dedicated men I've ever met. He is truly concerned about the every day angler. He's at the top of my list to be sure!

Is that Ray in the boat pic?  That must have been quite a thrill.  Guy is a living legend.

Yes that is Ray and Don Corkran the Federation Director. That's Ray's home. He had two identical Tritons put in his big pond and my then traveling partner and I readied for a day on the water with them. We had a bet for big fish of the day. His main pond, didn't produce like Ray thought it should. He couldn't figure out why, so he called his staff and they met us at the ramp and took us to another of his large "ponds" and we proceeded to whack em good. We spent the night at his estate in a mock up of an old country cabin he had built next to his house. His son came over the night before and grilled steaks for us. After fishing, we went out to eat in Montgomery with Ray and Don. It was the experience of a lifetime.

I can't help myself. Self indulging. More Ray Scott pics. Inside the cabin in the bedroom was a plaque that said, "George Bush Sr. Slept Here."
First pic is the back of Ray's house.

Cabin he had built to resemble one his gramma had.

Inside the cabin. On the table was a ton of goodies they left to make us feel comfortable. It was enough for three nights. We just spent one.

I talked to and shook Ray Scott's hand at the FLW tournament weigh in at Table Rock Lake this past spring.  Very nice guy.

Here's a couple pics I took on the Detroit River this past Fall.

Erie Metro Sunrise and a Detroit River Fox.

Mcfish

Great pics!  Erie at sunrise/sundown is a special place.

I've been thinking of my kids a lot today (as I'm sure many of you are) and thought I'd post some more pics of my fishing buddy.
