I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Thanks for all the help. I guess what I got out of it was basiclly personal preferance. Since I was ready to fork out a healthy amount of cash I was gonna do my homework. But this forum helps me narrow some things down. I would like to look into some bass cat models also. Still not sure about new or used, guess I see what finds me. Also gotta get rid of my boat. 2005 sea ray 185 sport w/115 merc. fish and ski option

mikballa

i will agree with revtro the driver makes a big diifferance in the ride of the boat..

Anyone know of any places other than Craigslist,Jaxed or here to find used boats? I may settle with one a couple yrs old just to get exactly what i want. These boats get pretty expensive once you start adding the options and upgrades..

Manxfishing

Well,

I hope Dan doesn't mind
Try Bass Boat Central (BBC) they have a large classifield for bass boats

I fished out of a Stratos for 14years and really liked them. I had it on Lake Champlain, Lake Guntersville Okeechobee never Erie. But in 2006 i bought a Ranger Z20 and cant believe how good it rides ive had it on Lake Erie and the other lakes i mentioned. Its a Ranger for me from personal experience. I have rode in a lot of Bass boats and am not bashing other brands. I just prefer Ranger.Good luck in finding a boat

I think probass.net and BBC have 2 of the larger used bass boats listings that I know friends have bought or sold successfully from.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.
