I am headed up to St Clair for the first time since early June tomorrow. Anyone have any basic info for me, like most productive depth. Areas that are muddy? Anything? I am coming up tomorrow and fishing for 2 days, so anything that might cut some areas out would be helpful. Thanks.

I havent fished the lake much as of late but the river and channels are pretty clear and the baitfish are starting to show up.  Water temp is in the low 70's.  Most of my fish come in the 28'-32' range.
Got one!

Make sure you check out the latest posts in this forum section. Usually some good information on here. Also, weather links and lake resources on our Marine Weather page - http://www.greatlakesbass.com/weather/ including surface temps, weather buoys, satellite image links and much more that can give you a really good picture of what is happening on St. Clair pretty quick.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Sometimes it is still faster to look at what is there rather than wait for an answer. Works for me much of the time!
