Gary Klein at D&R

Toying with the idea of going down to D&R sports to hear Gary Klein tomorrow at 10:00. If I do I'm going to have lunch at the same place I did last Saturday when Mike Auten and KVD showed up and ate right across from us. Went up to the cabin last night north of Baldwin and caught about a dozen little  seven inch bass off the dock twitching a rapala. They were very aggressive. Deer were moving a lot and the turkeys are strutting big time. Drew a first season permit. Never shot a gobbler yet. Going to this year. Got two or three buddies who are going to call for me. No, not all at the same time or same location.

 I went to D&R today to see Gary but he did not make it, I guess the tornadoes and bad weather down south caused his flight to be canceled.

But I did get to hear Kevin talk for a while and sign a couple of Nitro hats for me

Hey KVD makes a nice back up. I have always found him to be a good speaker and always willing to give us great tips. He has always been very personable. Wish him the best after he got screwed by BASS.
