Upper and Lower Crooked Lakes Extreme Low Water

This is a tale of two lakes. Intertwined lakes, in Barry County, Michigan. Where somehow the water has gone away. Upper and Lower Crooked Lakes, both near and dear to me, are suffering from the lowest water levels I've seen in the 35+ years I've been fishing them.

Localitis. Very serious condition. The cure can be painful. It's not easy... good luck.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Too busy zooming around to fish?  If I had one of those mercury motors that sipped gas like you and Bob, I'd probably do the same thing.  I feel like a fuel miser with this 2 stroke 225. Two mile run? Hell no!

Very similar to 'Other Side of the Lake' syndrome.
