Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

SPORTSMEN'S TOWN HALL
w/ Special Guest Representative Andrea LaFontaine

MUCC and the Richmond Sportsmen's Club are hosting a Sportsmen's Town Hall with special guest Representative Andrea LaFontaine (R - Columbus Twp.), Chair of the Michigan House Committee on Natural Resources.

The town hall is open to the public and co-hosted by MUCC and Richmond Sportsmen's Club in Columbus, MI. Representative LaFontaine has graciously agreed to offer her views on natural resources issues, respond to questions developed by MUCC and take questions from the public. Topics will include the license fee proposal, the Second Amendment, Great Lakes water levels, protecting the rights to hunt, fish and trap, and the economic impact of outdoor recreation in Michigan.

Our outdoor activities rely upon smart conservation policy, and as chair of the House Natural Resources Committee, Rep. LaFontaine will see a lot of the legislation that impacts our rights to hunt, fish and trap. It's important that Michigan's sportsmen and women get to know her so that she understands our concerns about these issues. Rep. LaFontaine is taking the time to listen, so let's thank her by showing up, sharing our views and asking great questions!

I will be there in my new position as conservation director for Michigan B.A.S.S. Nation along with federation president Paul Sacks. This is a good opportunity to share your opinions on our outdoors.
