Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Well after a weekend of getting bashed along with my boat by waves. The report is good.   Temps are about 63 ish on most big lakes. Small ones like mine are more around that 65 to 68 degree range.

Today was better out of the 2 besides the massive winds after the rain.   Pops caught himself a legal fish finally. Coupla of them actually, 1 stump, 1 dock( in front of the owner of course) :D , At least she was young , cute and a local hooters girl.  At the most , pops is olderrrrrr and married with children. Then he pulls a bonehead move and misses a 30 inch lookin lake trout right at the boat with said spinnerbait. DOH!  I guess they do catch anything.

I on the other hand boated a good tournment bag plus.  Removed 1 spinnerbait from a stump and dock.

We started deep , but found them up right on the edge of steep drop offs. Reeling as slow as I could without grinding into the bottom.

Never saw a single bed in either day. It's gotta be close . Temps are right there and the moon is commin in.

Ya'll might wanna plan a trip up here to the area if your itching to find some nice smallies .

I'm heading up this weekend and thought for sure I would have missed the heat of the spawn do to the early spring.

We never had the temps at night to keep the days heat in the lakes. I figgured it would be way early too, but not so.
