I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Has anyone had any success with these cranks? Do they catch fish or just fishermen because they look like the real thing? They are kind of pricey and I wanted some opinions before I spend my money. All opinions are welcome!

I have a handful of them and haven't caught any fish on them, but to be truthful, I don't fish them that often either.  I keep waiting for a situation that would warrant using them, but they seem to me like they'd be best in clear water.

Dan

When I fished the Michigan BFL's a few years ago they were "The" bait on the Detroit River and Erie. The crawfish imitator was a tough one to find then. They are fish catchers especially when the bite turns on about now for cranking in Erie. Bounce those rocks.

They are fish catchers though I can't say they are any better then the real hot, and more expensive C-Flash or the much less expensive Fat Free Shads. I have not tried them a lot though. I like losing the Fat Free Shads to snags and toothy critters more with my tight budget that doesn't allow for replacing $15 to $25 crankbaits!

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

i own a couple of the perch & shad colors and do fairly well w/them when i use them on LSC.  like said, pretty expensive so they get occasionally used.

I have heard the same so I got a few.  So far, they haven't done much for me, but then again, it's the slow time on LSC, so it's hard to say if they might not do better when things pick up.  But so far, I wouldn't say they've out performed anything else.  In fact, I've probably caught more on the Strike King XD's.

I haven't had much experience with them but as such I don't have very much success or confidence in them either.  They run true and look great, but for the money, I'll take Lucky Craft CB or Moonsault series.  On the less expensive side, I go with Bandit or Strike King.

Anthony Adams

Well hmmmmm...... Ummmm Yeah they catch fish.

Some of the models are considerably better than others and some models are nothing special.

I hate to admit it cuz I stongly believe that at times they will out fish most any other crackbait.

You have to figure out which models are the good ones and which models are nothig special.

They have a different action than any other cranbait and when understanding that, when to throw them and how is the key.

If you can do that you will catch more fish and love them as much as I do.
