Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Just before the October Natural Resources Committee meeting on Thursday, October 9, Commissioner John Walters added an amendment to Fisheries Order 206 – “Bass - Closed bass CIR season from May 1 – Friday before the third Saturday in June for Burt, Mullet, Crooked, Pickerel, and Black Lakes and their connecting waters.”

electronics, electronics that's what it is about. We have been video fishing for several years now and it is about the electronics. I've used both Lowrance and HB and they both work. But they are the better units and the detail they create is the answer. On another post last week there was a question about the side image feature. This feature allows you to see the structure. We were on Erie over at Sanduski and the smallies were on round rock the size of basketballs, not the flat. The smallies were down in the rock and you could drop the bait on their head. Talk about calling the shot.
whether you have Lowrance or HB it is about the electronics, don't settle for second choice save a little longer. It could pay off big time the next tournament.
