Fished the mile rds. Monday 5/23 from 7 to 3. Water temps were 63 to 66 degrees anywhere we went with visability mostly 3 to 4 feet. I did see the bottom a few times in 6fow. Threw every thing in the box at em and caught a few on cranks but all day long they wanted tubes. Wayne's St. Clair Craw was the best.  Fish were caught only in 6 or 7fow, nothing deeper or shallower. Got the boat back to the nine mile launch in time for the heaviest storm I have ever been outside in about 1:30. By the time we walked back to the car and got the trailer in the water, the sun was back out so we went back out for another hour.

Strong SSW wind and the warm temps kept the smallie bite on. Only two small fish all day. All the other fish were 2 to 4 lbs with the biggest 3.14. We ended up with 25 fish with a few of them rockies. All the rockies were caught in the same area as the smallies but all the rockies were caught on drop shot and drop shot only and the smallies on tubes.
