Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I get the boat out and fish some really small waters for bass for a couple hours last Monday.  Then on Tuesday I get a chance to fish a couple hours on the local river for steelhead.  Why is it each time I fished, I start day dreaming about St. Clair  ????????    :D   :D   I kept thinking how great it would be if a St. Clair smallie was smashing my lure !!  Maybe that's why I didn't catch anything either day !!!!!   :-\'     Jeff

Jeff, just keep reminding yourself, you cant legally fish for smallmouth in Michigan yet anyway and enjoy the fishing you have. We have to wait.

Firefighter Jeff

Mike,  I had a good year last season between the two trips to St. Clair and a fall trip to Burt.  I have a feeling I'll be thinking about these two waters each time I fish this year. lol

Remembering the good days was created for the days that are not quite as good.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

I hear ya Dan.  But as days pass by I find it harder and harder to quite remember, exactly how it felt.  Guess that's why we keep going back again.  :)

That's why they invented cameras...

And also why we keep going back!

Hey Mike, Jeff lives in Indiana, so I'm thinking he is good on the waters he's fishing.  But you're right, you can't legally target bass here in Michigan yet, so that is why Indiana will see some of my money Friday for my excursion South!

Goodluck Herman.  Don't beat up the hoosier fishies too much.  :)

Michigan anglers swarming over the border leaving 11,000 lakes behind to go after the 400 lakes below the border. We'll have to fix that soon... I know the Indiana DNR will support us.

Some of those guys south of the "border" do pretty good on LSC tournaments....Makes me wonder if it is because they work so hard puting limits in their boats in their home state...

Guess they are using April and May as a good warm up  !!!!   :D     But nothing beats fishing in Michigan as far as I am concerned.   ;)
