Right now, just tell me what you WANT to bring, its all needed. After we start getting a list, I'll know more what we still need and will ask.

Yes Dan. You put the charcoal in a chimney and light wax cubes under it. They light faster, and you arent burning the lighter fluid all over your meat. Believe it or not, it really does make the meat taste better.

Mike...I won't be able to bring my grill this year I downsized to a much smaller unit...
I am not 100 percent sure I am going to be able to make it but If I do I am in for a dish to pass...I will let you know when it gets a little closer..
