Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

What's the deal with them being out of stock?  Wasn't that the same problem guys had last spring????  I've got mine.  Didn't get to use it too much at last Spring's DK Open.  :(  Well we did use it, but not on very big fish.  It's got to be better this year, right???   :-\'

Golden Rule.  Good for not just the DK open, but also other paper tourneys early in the year held by others.

I learned a trick from Rev. Tom, and Mark Hill.   If you drill a couple of holes in the ruler, you can attach some snaps to it.  You can purchase these snaps from your local hardware.

With small screws attach one side of the snap to a location on your boat, (floor, deck), and the other side of the snap to the ruler.

The ruler can then be moved anywhere you want when in use, and is stored in a way that it won't blow around when not.
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

I just learned on the way to the Novi show that they guy that runs the little Thursday night deal I fish bought 20 of them last spring for a paper tournament he was having.  I'll try to talk him into signing up and coming, but if not, at least letting me use the boards.  Every year there are people who don't have the boards (including me).

Went to Gander and Dick's sites. No golden rule.

Has to be the Golden Rule Weighmaster Largemouth Bass to get the correct 1/8" increments for length to weight use. I don't know that I can get any this year, but we have an early start so there's time.

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

Eric,  I thought you had it ALL  ????

Eric

I have some stuff yeah  :D, but relatively speaking, I don't have much.  Go to one of our tour events and make up some wild crazy bait name in some wild crazy color that you know never existed and ask some of the guys if they have any.  They will go to their truck, get out the tubs and tubs and tubs of stuff and find 12 of them for you. :o  They have stuff.
