cameraguy is working away on the video and pictures from our Thursday, November 11, 2010 late fall fishing day with tournament record holder Scott Dobson. When you have a great day like that, there's a lot to go through!

He did get a couple posed pics to me that we took late in the day once we were able to force ourselves to stop fishing for a few minutes (they were still biting real hot).

Scott Dobson with one of the biggest smallies we caught that day - I hope cameraguy got some video of the giant belly on this fat, strong smallie!! At the end of the picture shoot, Scott's arms were actually shaking from holding up big, fat smallies!!

A couple more from my best day smallmouth bass fishing of the year and by far my best blade bait day though my two biggest were caught on a Nemesis goby drop shot and an Xtreme Bass Tackle St. Clair Crayfish tube!

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

charlie, Tuesday afternoon we caught 1 over 5 pounds in Ontario water and the rest in US water. That Tuesday trip, we got 2 5-pounds or bigger and most of the rest were over 3 pounds. Nothing like the numbers on Thursday, but it was fun, fun, fun.

I know someone else caught a decent number of keeper-sized bass in US water Thursday morning.

They are just getting real specific to where they locate now so there seems to be a lot more dead water. But as I said, once you find them, the hard work is well worth it!

Here's one more great job picture from cameraguy. Some of the same bass, but Scott is holding what I think was the biggest bass of the day on the left because this bass had a belly like someone pregnant with sextuplets!!! You can't see it for real in the picture but the girth and width was hilarious! We were trying to get better pictures of it but I think Scott's arm was getting tired of holding all the big bass up after fighting so many and the sneaky bass came back to life and jerked free into the lake.

All our thumbs were raw or getting there so they got away that way sometimes. The two Scott has are bigger than mine, but I stepped a little forward and got mine to look bigger! Kind of tricky I know... comes from living with younger brothers who are all 3 to 6 inches taller and not wanting everyone to know that from pictures! (Sorry about that Scott.)
