One of my chickens laid one of the biggest eggs I have ever seen, OUCH! It was a double yoker.

What's with the news these days on the TV and the radio. Can't find the truth amongst the lies. Some talking head that claims to live their life in a better way, says I have to compromise. You should call somebody... The Today Show maybe...??

Unless you already ate it...

Help stop invasive spcies. Don't move fish between unconnected bodies of water. Clean, drain and dry your boat before launching on another water body.

We got rid of our hens last fall but we used to get some like that quite often. Couldn't fit them in an 'extra large' egg carton so we had to just keep em in a tray in the fridge. The kids always liked putting some eggs in an incubator and hatching them - pretty cool deal and a great learning experience.

Yes, I have 15 in the incubator now. They will hatch in 8 more days.
