looking for a float

when i fished the great lakes. i had several of my rods equiped with retriver float. the thing was 2" long as big around as my lil finger and used a zip strip to anchor to the rod..

what happened was the rod went in the lake the "float" would pop out and was attached to 300 feet of thin line which was anchored to the rod..

these are NOT the blakemore rod floats-i have these- i am looking for these to mount via a zip stip to plano boxes..

anybody know where i can find them??

Nervous about trying out the new kayak? 

I've never seen seen them but I'll keep an eye out in the local stores.

no call it cheap insurance on tackle boxes..
think of the cost to replace just one of your boxs full of tackle...nuff said..

this is my second yak bender.remember i go out in the ocean with them...
