I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I'm lucky to be on the AM Outdoors Radio show this weekend with host Duran Martinez. Actually, while the normal show is on tomorrow morning from 8 AM to 10 AM, I'll be on Lake Orion helping Anthony and the Crossroads for Youth kids enjoy a positive day of fishing.

But thanks to computers and recording equipment, I'll also spend 10 to 15 minutes talking fall smallmouth and largemouth bass fishing in Michigan. I'm sure glad Duran lets me have this kind of fun.

If you aren't out fishing or are able to listen regardless give the AM Outdoors Radio show a listen. You can listen online also. Below are the cities, stations and times this very well done and well-rounded Michigan outdoor show can be heard. There's something on this show for every outdoors person! They'll be giving me the friendly business a bit on the show tomorrow (Saturday) morning about my fish story of a recently caught nice big old late summer largemouth (fall pattern basically thanks to the cool weather) from my old favorite Lake Ovid. Here's a picture I just uploaded of the healthy Michigan green bass:

Love that Lake Ovid and those bigmouths (the bass... not me ;D)!!

The fish on your shirt is bigger.
It's like one of those pictures in a picture that goes on forever...

djkimmel

Weird huh?

Fish make me happy. If I have a picture of one on my shirt... I can look at a bass even if I'm not catching any... ;D

I caught the big bass on a Zoom Super Hog (watermelon candy) - secret lure of Lake Ovid. Caught the 'little' one on a Cordell Spot. I lose a lot of crankbaits on Ovid to the toothy muskies so I try to use whatever I've gotten on sale :o

I do want to go back to Mexico again this winter and catch even bigger bass. Who's with me?!?
