Does anyone have any experience with service/dealers for Mercury optimax outboards in the Saginaw/Bay City area.  I would like to find a place with a good reputation and decent turn around times without going thru trial and error.  I would consider the Flint area also.  I just want to find a place that doesn't operate by the standard, "just drop it off and we'll get to it.......eventually"

Thanks!

Pier 7 Marina in Bay City, great people, great service.  They are right on the river at the end of Midland Street next door to Hooters!  They are one of the few in the Tri-Cities that will actually work on the bigger Opti-Max motors.

Thanks! I thought you might know.  I'll give them a call and get the boat up there this week - and maybe stop for a snack :P!

Thanks again!

Good Deal...they usually have immediate openings...if you take your wife and don't want to go to Hooters try the new LumberBarons restaurant right there, its in the old Herferd and Hops building but its the same type of restaurant, you can make your own steaks and its a microbrew too...just a suggestion.
