This Thursday the Outdoorama fires up at 2pm at the Rock Financial Showplace.  Here's a snippet from a press release:

No wonder they call it OUTDOORAMA; the "show of shows" for Michigan outdoor enthusiasts is February 26 to March 1

The 36th annual show is at Rock Financial Showplace, 46100 Grand River Ave in Novi

NOVI—Want to catch a trout?  Eat an elk burger?  Learn how to butcher a deer?  These and more opportunities await outdoor enthusiasts who plan to attend the 36th edition of Outdoorama, Michigan's premier attraction for pursuits from bass fishing to bird watching, from marksmanship to, well, mushing with sled dogs.

The show is February 26 to March 1 at Rock Financial Showplace, 46100 Grand River Avenue in Novi.   It's packed with specialty seminars—all free with admission—as well as educational and entertaining features for the whole family.

It's also a selling show.  A large number of lodges, outfitters, guides and charter boat captains from Alaska to Africa have reserved space.  You'll find fishing boats, duck hunting boats, pontoons, canoes, kayaks and pleasure boats along with docks and other accessories. Many specialty vendors with hunting equipment, fishing gear, and camping supplies are also in the show.

Patrons get free crossover admission to the 2nd Annual Cottage and Lakefront Living Show.  That show is also at Rock Financial Showplace and shares the same dates and times as Outdoorama...
