I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Nicely done Duane.  You could really see the action of the bait in that clear water.

Shhh!  Quit giving away all the secrets!

I experimented with wacky jigging a little last season, with some positive results.  I plan on working on it a lot more this year.

Everyone should make note that the action of the bait is not being created with the line; that bait rocks with slack as it falls.  The combo does it all by itself.

Looks so good I want to eat it... ;)

Thanks for posting the video Duane. I had to go to Lake Ultimate and try it myself and then I went right down the aisle to South Street and got 4 bags of those hooks. I can't wait to try it. I wonder if pike would like it through the ice? (I am tired of winter!!!)

Stick Baits
I've gotta say the Nemesis Stick Bait is the softest stick bait I've felt and when you are "flit shakin" (in my opinion) you don't want a heavy or sinking plastic bait such as a Yamamoto as the jig head and the weight size you choose should control the rate of fall. So the Nemesis plastic is ideal for this technique.

Jig Heads
There are a few different brands of "Wacky Jig Heads", however the best one is of no arguement, its the ZAPPU. The main reason (there are countless stories on other forums) is the ZAPPU jig has a high strength hook so it will not bend, this is something Jackall's jig has been doing on larger fish which equates to a lost fish.

*"The Japanese anglers are a very studious bunch. They are always working on new and creative techniques. The drop shotting technique that the Japanese introduced to America several years back has become a household term in bass fishing recently, and now the Japanese have created a new technique called "INCHI WACKY" or Jig Head Wacky. This technique has taken Japan by storm over the past 12 months and for good reason. Two Japanese Bass Pros, Takuma Hata of Zappu Inc. and Toshiro Ono of Jackall Inc pioneered the craze."
