Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Chris and I wanted to have Nemesis hoodies to wear, so the other night we designed these.  2 days later they arrived.  What do ya think?

Can we get 'em in black?  Sign me up!

Nothin' like a good fishing wardrobe.  If you're gonna do it, do it with style!   ;)

We plan on a black one too, just trying to figure out what colors to use so the graphics show up. Suggestions?

I can whip up some colors for you.

Black with silver metal-flake letter's and red piping would look good on my boat . I'll take two, one large fat-guy size, and one med-petite.

Not this time around.  I'm still working on the right shade of "bubblegum" (pink is for girls, bubblegum is for fisherman).

heres the problem with shirts.  they arent cheap.  we are trying to find a cheaper source for getting shirts to the people who want them.  the hoodies we got are from cafe press and though we really like them, they are about $40 each not counting shipping.  thats the price that Chris and I paid.  The sublimated tournament shirts will be $100 or more.  its hard to ask someone to pay that kind of money to buy something with our logo on it.  of course, it is up to anyone if they want to pay that kind of money ( i know we dont want to pay that much, but we have no choice at the moment) to wear our logo and believe me we would be tickled to see that kind of support but at the same time we dont expect to be selling many shirts.  And whether or not we can find a cheaper source for shirts or not, we will not be selling them for profit.  we are not in the apparel business, we are in the bait business.  one thing i cant stand is companies that sell shirts, hats, grundies, whatever at ridiculous prices just to make an extra buck, meanwhile getting free advertising.  I still buy there suff cuz thats the kinda stuff i like to wear anyway, but im not happy about paying that much for it.  So, we will never do that,  Like i said, we are in the bait business, not the apparel business.  Whatever we figure out to do for shirts we will not mark them up.  they will be sold at our cost.  The problem we face is that being that we are small and dont order these things by he hundred, we arent getting any special rates so the price will be high.  but shirts will be available to those who do want them hopefully for less than what we paid.  but so far the search has been fruitless as far as cheaper goes.

The tournament shirts should be availalble soon as we have been in talks with the company about outfitting ourselves and our small promotional staff.  i can say that these are going to look sweeeeeeet and in my eyes well worth the money for what we will be getting.

We also got a handful of stickers, nothing fancy, but stickers with our logo on them that are available as well.  they were inexpensive and we are looking at a few other styles for future use.  But with the amount of requests we have had for stickers we figured it was time to start playing around.

So look for some new cool stuff coming from us, now and in the future.  And thanks to all you guys for your continued support.  I cant tell you how much it means to us.  You guys keep us going and striving to come up with new and innovative baits and colors, and shirts for that matter.
