I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Why is it when I go out bass fishing on purpose I can't catch no big toad smallies but when I go out muskie fishing I can't keep the big toadies off my 7inch buck tails and 10inch body baits what gives darn it? Caught 2 4lbers and a beautiful 5lber down in the southern dumping grounds this morning. ??? >:(

Maybe the old addage "Big baits catch big bass" is really true??  I got into some big fish the other day on some new bigger swim baits I've been trying out.  Kind of cool.  Less bites, but bigger fish!

Because it is well known that if you fish for one species, you are bound to slaughter the wrong type...or is that just me?!  I can fish a bass tourney and catch 7-10 pike consistently.  I also caught a 7lb walleye from a small inland lake that no one knew even held walleye.  So, in conclusion, I can only second your "why is it?..."

Revtro

Can't argue with that.  ;D  How many bass tournaments did we wish were Walleye tourneys?

I'll second that, last October fished a small club tourney on Belleville and my best 5 walleye's were over 20lbs. Never caught a bass.
