Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

hello fellow addicts. Havent had time to fish since Burt Mullet. How is everyone in the club ? Well - I think work is starting to lighten up - Either thats light at the end of the tunnel or another freight train !! Oh well ....

I have some potential morning and evening times during this week and this weekend to put in and fish Smallies. Is there anyone who'd meet me up in Marine City, put in and let me pay for the gas to run around fawn, up and down the river to explore where the 6 lb girls may be hiding ? Im a back boater with a can a gulp and I aint afraid to use it !!!

Spur of the moment, but my job has had me out of town nearly 6 consecutive weeks !! Im in just this week. Thanks
