Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

Thanks to everyone on this site for all of the help during my first tourney season in over 15 years.  The information that I was able to get off of this site was priceless. To say things have changed would be an understatement.
A special thanks to the guys that took me out fishing after my Deer/ boat accident.
Bshaner, Revtro, fowlmouth, cast and blast,Andrew Lemle (I can't remember his ID) and the guys from Team Bass. (hopefully I didn't miss anyone).  My Bass Cat Jag should be tournament ready by spring so hopefully I will be able to return the favor.
Thanks Dan K. for setting this site up...If you need any help this winter again with any shows or events make sure you give a shout..

Glad you like the site. You're an example of a good member.

We'll be at a lot of shows this winter and I'll run help needed by you. Help if you can. Your ears may have been burning? We were talking about your offer to write up some reports, probably on kids stuff. If you're still interested, we will be sending some stuff your way somewhere down the road.

That would be great.....Hopefully I will be able to participate in more of the youth and volunteer events now that I have a rig.

There are so many helpful people here and not a lot of egos.  There is always someone willing to lend a hand and give some advice, and most are willing to offer up a free seat when they have it.  I don't know if I've ever "formally" thanked Dan for all the hard work and long hours he puts in, but here it is....Thanks Dan!  Now, if you can only work on Ranger to get a new Z boat for one of the opens...now that would be the cat's meow!

I know I can't remember if you have or not. Someone pm me the name of some good memory pills! But I appreciate your kind words and some of the other things you bring here!

Don't know how far off we are from the Z boat, but I'll keep plugging away... who knows?? Every time I go to the factory tour, I make a point of asking about any boat that just seems to be sitting around waiting for a use ;D
