October 6 - The Channels

Hey guys,
Mike Schoeman and I are fishing the channels on the 6th.  Anyone want to fish it?  I know, I know... I'm really taking a chance here with "the Schoeman Effect", but it's time to break the curse.  Mike, we can do it! 

Who's up for fishin' that day just for fun?  Lunch at Decker's at noon?  Sound good?  We'll be launching at the North Channel Ramp around 7am.  How about meeting up at the McDonald's just past the ramp on 23 around 6:30 for breakfast.  I have to say, that's the nicest dang McD's I've ever been in.

I am still trying to get my TM fixed from the curse of Mojo - I should be good to go by then, but will keep you updated.

Usually the first of October, I put up my rods, and pick up my bow.

I'll keep all options open, but it's time to put some venison in the freezer.

Hi Guys,

You guys shouldn't be talking bad about my "good luck charm". Mike and I have only fished a couple tourneys together and placed in the money both times. The only problem Mike has is getting him to quit at the end of the day. I wish I still had his spirit, health and enthusiasm for the sport.

I may be fishing Lake Erie on the 6th but I'm going to play it by ear. If they are calling for high winds their's no way I'm going to venture out there just for fun. I may be fishing it on Spet. 26th too.

Maybe the Mojo is turning around.    Hey Mark, are you fishing an event on the 26th?  If you're just fun fishing Erie that day, let me know, I'll try to find a partner and bring my boat out too.

We're still on for the 6th.  So far not many guys are joining us.  I have a couple of nonboater friends who would like to fish that day.  If they do, they want to fish on my boat.  So if we don't get another boat or 2, we're bummin'.  Mike, would you be cool to fish on Jack's boat that day if he goes?  Who else is coming?
