I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

I would like to check and see the interest in a late September and October club event ? Everyone tells me LSC is an explosion in the fall and real fun to fish.

Are there any other lakes that really turn on in the fall ? Everyone please chime in on a your favorite fall lake ? What dates would be good ?  8)

I was fishing with a well known pro in the area the other day and he said that Erie is amazing later in the fall.  Personally, I'd love to drive down there for a day.  Maybe even hire this pro to work with the club for a day.  Just a thought.

St. Clair is supposed to be the bomb in the fall, but even though I have been fishing it for years, I personally haven't experienced the fall boom everyone talks about.  I must be missing something.  There are still lots of fish to be caught, but they seem harder to come by.  Yet everyone says it's the exact opposite that time of year.  Now don't I feel like a total loser...  I'm all for a date deep into the fall on St. Clair.  I gotta figure it out eventually.

Erie really can be awesome in the fall.  Of course, I don't know the west end as well as I do the east end, but I have really seen the bite turn on out there.

A few years ago I was fishing a late October open out of Buffalo.  We had about 30 boats.  Only 1 boat had less than 20 lbs (they had 19) and our best 5 went 26 lbs.  We finished 2nd.  It took 27 lbs to win.

Sounds like fun...

My fall weekend schedule is jamming up already.  I'm not opposed to a fall event, just don't know if I can.

I've been trying to help my son in law get his house buttoned up before the baby comes in mid October.  It's a race.
So much water.  So many lures.  So little time.

Seth - Would you think an early October event works ? Wonder if we could make a East Sister - Harbor  - MAYBE Peele Island, and finish up in Colchester ? I found several good drifts, but I bet we all could learn from each other ?

I would be happy to do an Erie day.  Saturday the 6th and 13th won't work for me however, as I'll be out of town.  But don't let that stop anyone from picking the date one of those two and doing it.  I only made 2 dates thsi year anyway.

But, if you  do it later in October, I may be able too!
