Move went fine. The new server is much faster. Which is good!

I'm planning on moving to a new server within the next 2 to 3 weeks. Just a little friendly warning as there might be a few hours of odd behavior when the process starts. I will try to have it done at night or weekend.

Yesterday at the Natural Resources Commission meeting in Lansing, science prevailed thanks to many, many persons who took the time to write in, and especially those who showed up to speak before the Commission on Commissioner Walters’ amendment to close bass fishing on the Inland Waterway and Black Lake from May 1 until the third Saturday in June.

I recently had a bunch of fishing line givin to me by a relative.  ;D Awesome to say the least!
The problem is most of the stuff i have never used before.

I got some great spools of stren, suffix, p-line, power-pro.  All of which i am familiar with and plan on using.  The stuff that i didn't recognize is Mustad line.  Two different types.  1 is ultra pro plus, and the other is Thor.  I can't find anybody that sells it nor anybody that uses it.

Does or has anybody use this before??  Is it any good or should i donate it.

Found this online, but I have never used it:

If you plan on donating the Power Pro, let me know...I might just know someone who could use it  ;D

The Mustad brand of line is really old Stren. After Berkley purchased Stren, some of the employees that were with Stren didn't move over to Berkley and thus with the help of Denny Braur, went over to Mustad.

I never heard that before.  I will have to see how that line looks and feels.  I haven't really heard to much about the line.   So I guess trying it will be the only way to figure it out.

I bought some Mustad line at the BPS spring sale last year. I paid $2.99 for a 300 yard spool of 17#? Thor. I also bought a spool of 8# but I don't remember what it was called. I used up the 8# fishing in April. It worked ok, no complaints. I spooled up some 17# and I did not like it. It seemed to break pretty easy. I think I broke it off three times the first time using it and I haven't used it again.
Peace.
It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.
