The membership for Outlaw goes to pay for permits, scales, printing, angler of the year award ect. If any money is made it will be very little. If there is a bunch of money left at the end of the year we will roll it to the next year.

As for getting better there is an old saying you are only as good as your compitision!

I would like to hear from some of the old timers that remeber what it was like back when Tri State was around. That is when Phil was running it.

Hopefully the OUTLAW tournaments will show guy's just haw much it makes a diffeance when you add 30% to the payback. It may not grow to be as big as Tri State was but maybe we can get fisherman to start asking were is my money going?
